WebGo API — Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026 · Operated by WebGo Agency, Inc.
1. The service
WebGo API lets you search for and retrieve business and market information through a web dashboard and an API. Usage is measured in WebGo Credits. WebGo Credits are usage units, not money: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you register. Your phone number may be verified with a 6-digit code before your account is active. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys secret and for activity performed with them. Contact us if you believe your account or an API key has been compromised.
3. Credits, monthly access and payment
- Each purchase activates a one-month service period beginning when payment is confirmed.
- Purchased WebGo Credits and promotional WebGo Credits are available only during that service period. Unused credits expire at the end of the one-month period and are removed from the available balance.
- Credits do not roll over into a later service period unless WebGo expressly states otherwise at checkout.
- There is no automatic renewal unless the checkout page expressly states that a recurring subscription is being purchased.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. WebGo does not store your full card number.
- Credits are added to your account only after Stripe confirms the payment.
- Promotional credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable.
- API usage is charged according to the results actually delivered under the applicable API rules. Failed requests caused by our service are not intended to consume delivered-result credits.
4. Refunds
- Unused purchase — if no purchased credits from the purchase have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment.
- After use — credits already used are not refundable. Any refund of unused purchased credits within the 14-day period is subject to verification of the remaining eligible balance.
- Billing error — duplicate charges or incorrect amounts caused by WebGo will be reviewed and corrected when confirmed.
- Promotional credits are never refundable and have no cash value.
- Expiration of unused credits at the end of the one-month service period is not, by itself, a billing error.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when available.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Do not share, publish or resell API keys or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit controls or security controls.
- Do not use the service to harass, defraud, spam or send unlawful communications.
- We may suspend or close an account that violates these rules or puts the service or others at risk.
6. About the data you receive
Business information may come from public sources and third-party datasets and is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that every record is complete, current or accurate. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the data, including rules governing commercial email, text messages, calls, privacy and do-not-call obligations.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features, limits, plans and availability may change. If we discontinue a paid service before the end of an active paid period, we will address affected unused purchased credits as appropriate.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebGo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business. To the extent permitted by law, WebGo’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to WebGo for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes may be announced by email, in your account or on the website before they take effect.
